Registration Tips

 
Emergency contact and credit/debit card information is required to complete all registrations. Logins time out after 20 minutes, so having this information at your fingertips will help make registration stress free!
 
If you have not registered for any events at Rolling Hills in the past year or so, you must first create an account for you family. Enter the head of household first, then add all other family members when prompted to do so. This may be a long process, but entering your whole family at one time will prepare you for any event in the future.
 
If you have registered for a recent event, simply log in.
 
If you are going to serve as a Leader, register yourself first, then register your child(ren), including any under 3 years old who need childcare.
 
Cubbies Club (3 years old to pre-K) is restricted to Leaders’ children or grandchildren only. Serving as a Leader also guarantees your child(ren) a spot in the other Clubs.
 
To register only your child(ren), be sure to select one of their names, not yours, after login (parent contact information will be entered on the registration form). If a child is not listed, click “add person” to add them to your account.
 
Once you have “selected” the child you want to register, move to the “select form” page. In most cases, only one form will be available to select. If more than one is listed, select the appropriate Club form, based on the grade level the child will be entering in September:
  • Cubbies – 3 years old by 9/1/09 to pre-K
  • Sparks – K to 2nd grade
  • T&T – 3rd to 6th grade


If you are registering 3 or more clubbers
, you may enter the code “fam-max” in the promotion code box on the “Payment Due” page of the third child (and any subsequent children) you register to activate a  $15.00 discount for registration fees. Supply costs are computed separately.


Full or partial scholarships are available for those in need. To apply, send your request to awana@rollinghills.org before attempting to register. Please include your name, phone number, and your children’s names, ages, and grades.
