Drama
Drama ministry is a team of actors committed to RHCC, rehearsals, weekend performances and seasonal shows. The Supporting Cast (behind the spotlight) consists of behind-the-scenes production teams that design, construct props, decorate, costume and set the stage so that all things come together.

We are always recruiting and training those who desire to exercise their God-given gifts and talents. We spend time rehearsing and fine tuning our skills while working towards excellence in everything we do. We are all students with teachable spirits ready for correction and working to sharpen our craft through growth.

Drama currently meets on an as needed basis. For upcoming opportunities please check the calendar here.

Dance
We are called to worship the Lord with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. Our mission is to glorify God through worship dance as we connect the hearts of all people to the heart of God. (Ps 149:1-4)

We want to reach out to believers and non-believers in order to bring the good news of Jesus Christ, and to bring unity, freedom and healing to the Body of Christ. We do this through prayer and petition, with thanksgiving presenting our requests to God through worship dance. (Phil 4: 4-7)

Dance currently meets on either Thursdays or Saturdays 4 times a month. Please check the calendar for specific dates and times here.

Writer's Connection
An arts ministry created to inspire, encourage, support, and network published and aspiring writers of all levels and genres in their endeavor to use their writing to impact culture. We share feedback on projects, learn of publishing opportunities and upcoming writing events, look at a well-known author's work for wisdom, and fellowship with others interested in the fusion of faith, culture and the arts. Periodically, guest Speakers/Authors are invited to share their wisdom and experiences. Open to anyone interested in learning more about writing, blogging, getting published, or anything to do with words.

Writers Connection meets the Third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m.

Songwriter's Group
"To promote and encourage the craft and ministry of songwriting and music composition."

The Songwriters group is open to singer/songwriters, musicians, lyricists and instrumental composers. The group seeks to encourage and complement one another in the creation of new music, respecting the uniqueness and individuality of each member. In this mutually supportive environment, collaboration, critique and confidentiality create a nurturing atmosphere for the on-going development of the songwriters craft and the birth of new songs.

Meetings are comprised of song presentation, discussion, teaching (live, on-line and video), skype sessions with nationally known Christian songwriters, informal demo recording and periodic performances at coffee houses.

Songwriter's Group meets the 2nd Monday of the month in the Green Room.
