GRIEF RELEASE

Wednesdays · 7-9 PM · Courtyard Room

Have you…
o lost a loved one through death or divorce?
o lost a job?
o lost a relationship?
o lost your health?
o lost your identity, reputation, or self-esteem?
o experienced the empty nest syndrome?
o lost your hope and joy?
o lost your business or home?

Do you…
Find the loss overwhelming? Suppress your feelings? Believe that you’re never going to make it—that there isn’t any hope for recovery?

Then…
You need help in finding the way back to being whole again through Grief Release

Why participate in Grief Release?
Grief Release encourages unhurried healing to bring life back into focus from the blur of pain, confusion, and bewilderment caused by loss. Grief Release provides practical step-by-step support—a road to restoration.

Grief Release is…
a 5-week, 2-hour-per-session class incorporating:
1. presentations
2. group discussion
3. sharing
4. weekly assignments
