STOP!—just for a minute—we have some important information for you.
Our database system was recently upgraded for our Weblink users, which is you if you are registering for an event. Here are some changes you need to know about so you’re prepared to use the online registration system.
The login name you currently use will need to be changed to an email address. This time when you log in, you will notice that the system asks for “EMAIL,” but please, use your old login name at this point. The system will then take you through a conversion process. In the future, you will only use your email address to log in.
However, the system will now look for a “unique email” for you as an individual. If you and your spouse share an email address, one of you will have to create a new/different email account in order to individually log in to register for events. Sorry; this is the only way the company could make this work for us, as well as for many other churches.
If you don’t currently have an account set up, or if the system does not recognize your email address, please walk through the “Create an Account” process so that you can complete the registration process.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but once the conversion process is done, online registration will be very easy.
