Likes: Dancing (East Coast/Lindy Hop/Fox Trot/etc.), reading, movies, people, random trips, windows, MUSIC, gardens, Jane Austen, mind puzzles, squares & BoloNoodles!
Dislikes: Mushrooms, horror, olives, spiders, lutefisk, bleach, cats (no offense), & cold feet (literally!).

Favorite Scripture: 1 John 3:16 "This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ lay down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers."
So if I should be willing to lay down my life for my brothers, then that should translate into my daily life: Am I kind to the rude cashier? Do I shout or honk angrily if another car cuts me off in traffic? Will I be patient with the busy waitress who hasn't taken my order yet?
Upholding myself to a higher standard of being willing to sacrifice my life for another humbles me to all the "smaller" things that come my way.
One of my greatest experiences with God: Him letting me borrow His peace and calmness during some pretty raging storms in my life. I can never forget those times.
Most people don't know this about me: I love acting, but stay away because I am TERRIFIED of improvisation.
