This ministry exists to equip and support those who desire to reach out with the love of Christ through visitation to those living in care settings such as:

· Nursing Homes
· Retirement Communities

· Individual one-on-one visitation
· Lead a group Bible Study
· Lead a group on Christian Education topics
· Lead a Devotion
· Lead a Worship Service
· Make a friend

· Turn song sheets during worship service

Nursing Home and Assisted Care Outreach services and training opportunities are provided by Rolling Hills Community Church. We currently have outreach ministries in several care facilities throughout the Portland and Vancouver Metropolitan area.
