Words are powerful. Especially the words women speak to themselves. All too often, what they say to themselves is not even close to the words God wants them to speak to their souls. This women’s Bible study with DVD teaching encourages them to clean out the junk in their minds and replace hidden negative thoughts with positive truths from God’s word.

3 • Becoming More Than Just a Good Bible Study Girl with Heather Tyson
Are you tired of just going through the motions of the Christian life? Do you feel a tug at your heart to live completely for God, but you don’t know what the next step is? In six enriching small group video sessions, author Lysa TerKeurst helps you learn to live, moment-by-moment, in a deeply intimate relationship with God, and shows you how to transform your walk with God from lackluster theory to vibrant reality. 4 • Come and Follow Me! Discipleship Training for Women with Rhonda Began
At Rolling Hills our mission is “To learn to think and live like Jesus and to reproduce that in the lives of others.” One of the most important ways we do that is through discipleship. If we are a follower of Jesus, we should be discipling someone. But what if we don’t know “enough”? Learn the core essentials and principals of discipleship, explore practical starting points, and get encouragement and support in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

This class will have you in stitches. Quilting is always more fun with others. 7 • Sew cool! Making Pillowcase Dresses with Tiffany Brooks and Michelle Harrington
Fashion yourself a seamstress? In this case, you don’t have to be! Have fun coming together every week with a group of girls to make simple dresses out of pillowcases for orphan children in Ghana. Instructions and patterns will be provided. All you need is fabric or pillowcases, a sewing machine, and a few notions. These dresses are very easy to make—beginners welcome!

8 • Get Scrappy! Scrapbooking with Holly Ekstrom and Nadine Ekstrom
Beginner and experienced scrapbookers are welcome because this class is for everyone! It’s not only FUN scrapping together, but you’ll also get new ideas and tips as you do a new project each week. On the last week, you’re invited to bring your scrapbooking projects to work on. Techniques include quick, easy embellishments and creative use of scraps. WARNING: This class contains lots of laughter, creativity, and chocolate. Supplies to bring: Paper scissors, paper trimmer, acid-free photo adhesive, pencil. All other supplies are provided. Don’t bring photos the first three weeks; but feel free to bring them the last week for crop night.

Treat your senses to fragrance and fun as you learn the history of liquid essential oils and how to use them for everyday living. 15 • Fit Forever! Summer Health Challenge with Rhonda Kay Leonard
Get the skinny on how to develop healthy eating and exercise habits. Make a paradigm shift from dieting to living. You’ll learn five weight-releasing activities and examine your belief systems. We’ll shed some light on low-glycemic eating strategies and look at the role insulin plays in a healthy body. Learn how to develop an empowered mindset while uncovering myths and facts about physical activity and the stress/cortisol/fat connection. Practice God’s plan for stress management and set yourself up for success with goals, risks, rewards, and resources for living the abundant life.

16 • It is OK, Be Defensive...Women’s Self-Defense with Rex Mercer
Would you like to defend yourself and escape potential deadly harm? Here’s your chance to learn and practice verbal, striking, blocking, and escaping skills in a comfortable environment with other women. This class will be physical, so dress in workout clothing including long pants. Also, bring a towel and some bottled water. Weekly attendance is strongly suggested as the lessons build on each other.
