Rolling Hills has a philosophy of Purpose-Driven ministry organized around five fundamental purposes: fellowship, spiritual maturity, service, evangelism, and worship. Purpose-Driven ministry focuses on balance making sure none of the five purposes gets neglected, and that no one of them dominates the church. Each of these 5 Purposes is implemented in all ministry categories: Children's, Student, and Adult.

To make it easy to remember we have adopted the acronym of TREES for our 5 purpose ministries.
