Your ministry during this event will be to reach out to each of your table guests with hospitality and warmth. The main purpose for this evening is outreach and we want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable.
Centerpieces: Your tables can be decorated with anything that reflects the true meaning of Christmas joy. Please insure your centerpiece allows for conversation with all the ladies around your table. We really want every person to feel comfortable and an oversized centerpiece limits conversation, takes away from warmth at the table and does not accommodate all table guests. Some ideas for centerpieces include holiday symbols such as candles, greenery, nativity scene, angels, bells, etc. NOTE: TABLES ARE 60” ROUNDS. REMEMBER TO GO SIMPLE!!! BE CREATIVE!!! HAVE FUN!!!
Favors: The favors should be simple and inexpensive such as scented candles, small ornaments, or pieces of chocolate.

• Set-up for the Saturday event will be Saturday morning December , ONLY from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. We will not be offering childcare. Please note: Children will not be allowed in the Fellowship Center.
