4+ person room (sleep arrangements may include trundles, bunk beds, or a queen bed for two).

Before we embark upon our much-anticipated time of refreshment together, we wanted to bring the following valuable Retreat information to your attention.

Important: We will not be able to refund Retreat registration cancellations or campus housing cancellations after February 19.
If you are unable to attend, please contact Heather in the church office at
503-638-5900 ext. 236 as soon as possible so we can accommodate another guest.

Check-in: All attendees, on-campus and off-campus, MUST check in at the Lobby between 4PM – 7 PM, Friday, MARCH 2. At this time, you will receive your room assignment and other important information. The check-in table will re-open at 9 PM for late arrivals. If you will be arriving later than 9:30 PM Friday evening, please advise our Retreat Team at 503-638-5900 x315 to arrange for your room assignment and key pick-up. If something happens en route that will make your arrival later than 9:30 PM, please call the Conference Center at 503-436-1501 and inform them of your late arrival.
Checkout: The Retreat will conclude Sunday by 12:30 PM.
You must check out your room and return your keys by 2:00 PM.
Meals: Saturday breakfast and dinner are provided, as well as Sunday brunch. We recommend bringing a water bottle. Snacks are provided by donations only. If you’d like to contribute, please leave a message in the Retreat Team voice mailbox (listed below) and you will be contacted.
You are “on your own” Friday for dinner, as well as Saturday for lunch.
Program: The first Retreat session will begin at 7:00 PM Friday evening in the Chapel.

Conference Center Information « Dress is casual. Bring your Bible, notebook/journal, pen, earplugs, and alarm clock.
There is one mirror over the sink in your room. Shampoo is not provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
« All bed and bath linens are provided. Extra towels are available at the registration desk.
« Alcohol is not permitted on the Conference grounds. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the rooms.
« Cannon Beach Conference Center’s telephone number is 503-436-1501. Messages will be taken on all incoming calls and distributed at meal times. In emergencies, we will deliver the message immediately, if possible. There are public pay phones available for outgoing calls.
« Directions: The Conference Center is located in Cannon Beach (off Hwy 101). From Portland, take Highway 26 west until you reach Highway 101 at the coast. Travel south on 101 and follow the signs to Cannon Beach. Take the first main entrance into Cannon Beach. At the second stop sign, take a left into Cannon Beach Conference Center located at the north end of the town.
